摘要:建立TQuEChERS-HPLC分离检测猕猴桃中氯吡脲残留量的方法。样品经乙腈超声提取、N-丙基乙二胺(psa)为分散目相萃取剂净化后,进行HPLC检测。氯吡脲在0.0250-50μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998。猕猴桃果实的添加平均回收率为74.9%-109.2%,RSD在3.1%-3.2%之间,定量限为0.0200mg/kg,符合果蔬中农药残留测定的要求。用此方法对果肉、果皮及果汁中氯吡脲残留进行了测定,结果表明,该方法适合于猕猴桃样品的快速检测。
A method for determination of forchlorfenuron residues in kiwi fruit was established by QuEChERS-HPLC. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile by ultrasonic, and cleaned up in the dispersive solid-phase exWaction (DSPE) process using primary secondary amine 0aSA) as an adsorbent, then was subsequently analyzed by HPLC. The linear relationship of forchlorfenuron was satisfied between 0.025 0-50 μg/mL (r=0.999 8) and the sample recoveries were between 74.9%-109.2% with RSDs in the range from 3.1%-3.2%. LOQ of the method was about 0.020 0 mg/kg which met the requirements of the determination of pesticide residues in fi'uits and vegetables. The forchlorfenuron residues in flesh, peel and juice were determined and the results indicated that this method was convenient, time-saving and suitable for rapid analysis of the kiwi fruit samples.
