摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves analyzing composition of acetic acid and water in a material, and carrying out expert control for a water-phase backflow based on a feed amount and composition of water. Acetic acid content in the water is controlled to satisfy production and environment-protection requirement. A material is fed to a rectifying tower and provided to an electric-conducting device. The acetic acid in the fed material is computed directly. The acetic acid content is computed by the flow of the water collected from top flow of the acetic acid in a system. USE - Expert control method for a water-phase backflow in an acetic acid dewatering azeotropic rectification system. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing system energy consumption to maximum under condition that the water from the top satisfies the environment-protection requirement when the component of the material in the azeotropic rectifying tower is changed.
