摘要：基于山东省诸城市林家村镇西龙湾村91个农户的调查数据,对农户的土地流转意愿及影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,农户的农地流转意愿总体上较强烈,且农户的意愿主要受年龄、文化程度、家庭收入、流转期限、流转价格、对土地的认知、政策等多种因素综合作用的影响。为了提高农户的土地流转意愿,促进农地流转的有序进行,需要增强农户的政策意识,明确定位政府角色,构建农地流转市场等。
This paper carried out a survey of 91 samples to farmers＇ willingness of farmland transfer and its relevant influential factors in the area of Xilongwan Village, Zhucheng City, Shandong Province. The result showed that farmers＇ willingness to transfer the farmland to others was quite strong in this area in a whole view, and the main factors that influenced the willingness were indicated as farmers＇ age, degree of education, family income, transfer tenure and price, understanding of land policy and government roles, etc. In order to promote farmland transfer rationally and orderly, it was necessary to take measures such as strengthening farmers＇ awareness to land policy, roles of government should be clearly defined, and construct the farmland- transfer market.
