摘要:The brain has a very high efficiency in information processing, neurons are the information retaining and transmitting elements. It is regarded that the synchronizing activity of a group of neurons plays a crucial role in memory, calculation, moving control, and even some diseases as epilepsy. We use Fitzhugh-Nagumo neuronal model to simulate the synchronizing processes, and study their statistical characters in fully connected and small-world connected networks, and we also obtain the statistical characters of bursting. These results are gained under the conditions more approximating the real working environment of neural system, and more comparable to the results of physiological experiments. The results of our simulations show that in the synchronous firing process, the spike-time interval distribution belongs to the biased Poisson distribution, these results coincide with the results of physiological experiments.
