摘要:为建立薄板电阻焊焊缝缺陷的涡流检测判断准则,基于COMSOL Multiphysics与MATLAB联合仿真,建立与实际生产中一致的检测模型并实验验证。通过批量仿真与分析,得出薄板电阻焊焊缝缺陷与涡流信号的对应关系。
In order to build the evaluation standard of online detection by eddy current testing for weld seam of ERW,the model consistent with the actual production was established based on the united simulation of COMSOL Multiphysics and MATLAB and tested by experiments. According to the results of batch computing and analysis,the relationship between the weld defects and eddy current inspection signal was summed up.
