摘要:将噻吩和二苯并噻吩溶解于正辛烷配制成模型油,在Fe2+和甲酸的催化作用下,用过氧化氢氧化脱硫。研究了Fe2+的催化氧化性能及反应条件对其催化性能的影响。实验结果表明:30%H2O2-HCOOH-Fe2+产生的过氧甲酸和羟基自由基能迅速将模型有机硫化合物氧化,氧化脱硫率可达到96%以上,Fe2+和甲酸的催化氧化性能明显优于单纯使用甲酸。甲酸浓度、Fe2+/H2O2摩尔比、过氧化氢加量及反应温度对氧化脱硫率均有影响。30%H2O2-HCOOH-Fe2+体系氧化FCC柴油,然后经过萃取能达到深度脱硫,柴油硫含量从0.7268%(w)降至0.0114%(w),脱硫率达到98.43%,油回收率为85.53%。
Thiophene and dibenzothiophene were selected as model compounds dissolved in n-octane subjected to oxidative desulfurization with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by Fe 2+ and formic acid. Catalytic performance of Fe 2+ and the effect of reaction conditions on the oxidative desulfurization of model oil were studied. Experimental results indicated that performic acid and hydroxyl radical produced in 30%H_2O_2-HCOOH-Fe 2+ were combined to oxidize model organic sulfide with desulfurization ratio of over 96%. Catalytic performance of the combination of Fe 2+ and formic acid was higher than that of only formic acid. The amount of formic acid, molar ratio of Fe 2+/H_2O_2, hydrogen peroxide dosage and reaction temperature affected the oxidative removal of the organic sulfide. The deep desulfurized FCC diesel oil can be obtained by the extraction of oxidized oil, the sulfur content of oil was decreased from 0.7268%(wt) to 0.0114%(wt), and the recovery of oil was 85.53%and sulfur removal can reach 98.43%.
