摘要:借助 WAXD、SAXS、DSC等手段研究了成核剂的引入对聚乙烯 /炭黑导电复合体系的结晶行为、聚集态结构的大尺寸效应及 PTC特性的影响。结果表明 ,成核剂的引入对结晶度的影响不大 ,但却使得基体的微晶尺寸、长周期等变小 ;从而改善了导电复合物的 PTC特性 ,提高了材料的开关性能 ,并改善了阻 -温曲线的重复稳定性。
The influence of nuclei on the properties of LDPE/CB composite was investigated. It was found that the nuclei could increase the PTC intensity and improve the resistivity temperature curve. The behavior of crystallization, crystal particle size, long spacing were also studied by means of WAXD, SAXS, DSC ,etc. The experiment results show that the addition of nuclei to the composites do not change the degree of crystallinity, but decrease the crystal particle size as well as long spacing. This indicates the distribution of CB conductive particles is more uniform. The uniformity of CB distribution induces the improvement on PTC properties of the composites.
