摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves setting a LTQ-MS positive ion detection mode. Parameters of a microwave plasma torch (MPT) ion source and a microwave plasma torch tube opening end towarding an ion transmission spectrum scanner are automatically optimized by an LTQ-MS system, where mass spectrometric detection scanning range is about 150-400 m/z and ion transfer tube temperature is about 150 degrees centigrade. An actual sample is directly analyzed for determining aflatoxin B1 peak of absolute abundance in a rice sample. Aflatoxin B1 content in the rice sample is obtained by a working curve. USE - Spectrometric rice aspergillus flavus toxin direct MPT B1 mass detecting method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively detecting spectrometric rice aspergillus flavus toxin direct MPT B1 mass.
