摘要:介绍了非黏结海洋柔性软管接头的结构和密封原理,利用有限元方法,建立了软管接头密封结构的应力分析模型,计算了内压作用时密封件接触面上的接触应力,分析了密封件锥度、圆弧半径、初始过盈量及轴向加载位移对软管接头密封性能的影响。基于分析结果,合理设计密封件的尺寸参数,可以显著提高密封性能。
The structure and sealing principle of the non-bonded marine flexible hose joint were introduced. The stress analysis model for the seal structure of the hose joint was established by using the finite element method. The contact stress on the contact surface of the sealing element under the action of internal pressure was calculated, and the influence of the sealing element taper, the circular arc radius, the initial interference and the displacement of the axial load on the sealing property of the hose joint were analyzed. Based on the analysis results, reasonable design of the size parameters of the sealing element can significantly improve the sealing property.
