摘要：用柱层析一步法分离富集胜利减二线油样中的酸性氮化合物，用１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸及３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸萃取碱性氮化合物，以色／质联用技术结合质谱、质量色谱、谱库检索及Ｌｅｅ保留指数对照等对各氮化合物进行定性鉴定。
The acidic nitrogen compounds in heavy petroleum(bp:335～500℃)were directly isolated by column chromatography and basic nitrogen compounds were extracted with hydro chloric acid 1mol.L～(-1)and 3mol.L～(-1),respectively.Subfractions were identified by the combining methods of MS,MC,library search and Lee's retention index data.
