摘要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸二环戊基酯(HDCPMA)为单体,采用本体聚合技术合成了MMA/HDCPMA共聚物,研究了不同单体组成对反应的影响。利用FR法、K-T法和YBR法测定了85℃时共聚体系中MMA与HDCPMA的表观竞聚率为rMMA=2.534 3和rHDCPMA=1.098 6。研究结果表明,随着该共聚物中HDCPMA含量的增加,其摩尔质量增加、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)升高,并仍可保持相对较高的透光率。
The copolymers were prepared by the bulk free radical copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) with dieyclopentanyl methacrylate (HDCPMA). The influence of initial composition of monomers on the copolymerization were discussed. The reactivity ratios of the monomers were found to be rMMA =2. 534 3 and rHDCPMA= 1. 098 6 by the application of Finemann-Ross (FR), Kelen-Tudos (K-T) and Yezrelieve-Brokhina-Roskin (YBR) graphical methods. The results indicate that the glass transition temperature and molecular weight of the copolymers increase with the increase of the content of HDCPMA in the copolymer, and the prepared copolymer can maintain relatively high transparency.
