摘要：产品实现是基于过程的质量管理体系模式中的核心环节。笔者按照ISO9000族中ISO9001质量标准,立足于顾客满意原则,重点基于产品实现过程,对应用型专业教学模式改革进行了多方位的探索。从"开放课堂内容"到"丰富授课形式",从"强化顾客沟通"到"改革考核方式",此次教改旨在解决应用型专业课教学过程中出现的诸多问题,提升教学质量。
Product realization is the key link in the process of quality management system.Based on the ISO9001 quality standard system of ISO9000 family,we focus on the product realization process,focus on customer satisfaction,and explore the reform of application oriented teaching mode.From open classroom content to rich teaching mode,from strengthening customer communication to reform assessment mode,to solve many problems in the teaching process of application oriented specialized course and improve teaching quality.
