摘要:针对实际的生产环境中存在的数据模糊、不确定的情况,采用模糊数学的方法来处理数据的不确定性,在模糊规划理论的基础上,建立了处于时间不确定条件下的具体零等待的flowshop模糊调度问题的模型,通过模糊截集的方法将其进行了转化。并在模糊运算的基础上,借鉴自然界生物免疫系统的概念和机理,提出了解决此类调度问题的模糊免疫调度算法。通过仿真试验,表明了该模型所有效性和算法的较好的收敛效率。
To describe the vague and imprecise data often encountered in real production environment, the fuzzy mathematical tools are applied. A fuzzy scheduling model for flow shop problems under uncertainty with zero wait is set up based on the theory programming, in which the uncertain processing time can be dealt with by fuzzy mathematics. Then, the fuzzy scheduling model is transformed by the fuzzy cut-set theory. A fuzzy scheduling algorithm is proposed by analogy with the principle of biological immune system. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the fuzzy scheduling model and the high convergence of the proposed algorithm which can produce beffer solutions.
