摘要:采用两步双滴加沉淀工艺,以水玻璃和硫酸为原料,聚醚改性羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷为表面改性剂,制备大孔容高分散沉淀二氧化硅,考察了水玻璃浓度、反应温度、滴定终点pH值等因素对SiO2比表面积和孔容的影响。结果表明,在优化的工艺条件下,可制得分散性能优良、孔容达1.8 mL/g的S iO2。
The title product was prepared using step precipicated process, the surface of which was centration of sodium silicate, reaction temperature, waterglass and sulphuric acid as raw materials and two-modified by polydimethylsiloxane. The influences of contitration ending pH value, polydimethylsiloxane dosage on the BET surface area and pore volume of SiO2 were investigated. The results show that high dispersibility of SiO2 flatting agent is prepared and its pore volume reaches 1.8 mL/g.
