摘要：NOVELTY - Stirrer for fermenting Paenibacillus polymyxa of high viscosity series comprises a sealed shell body, a stirring shaft located in the shell body, an inclined turbine blade and one or more airfoil axial flow paddles that are connected with the stirring shaft in transmission manner, and a gas inlet installed on the lower part of the shell body, where the airfoil axial flow paddles are used as upper layer paddle and the inclined turbine blade is used as lower layer blade. USE - The stirrer is useful for fermenting Paenibacillus polymyxa of high viscosity series (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Large cycle is formed in the whole kettle, and the gas phase and the liquid phase in the kettle are mixed thoroughly to supply oxygen high mass transfer coefficient. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the stirrer.
