摘要:NOVELTY - Caprolactam is recovered from benzene distillation tower residual liquid (A) by (a) introducing residual liquid (A) and water into centrifugal extractor to mix them completely, enable mass transfer, extract caprolactam from residual liquid (A) into water, and carry out liquid-liquid separation to obtain caprolactam-rich aqueous solution (S) and residual liquid (B) containing benzene and residual caprolactam; and (b) recycling the solution (S), and removing benzene from residual liquid (B) to obtain caprolactam-containing waste liquid (C) which can be subsequently processed via incineration. USE - Method for recovering caprolactam from benzene distillation tower residual liquid (A) (claimed) generated particularly in the production of caprolactam. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively reduce caprolactam loss, improve caprolactam yield, and reduce environmental pollution, thus solving the problems associated with existing caprolactam production technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for distillation tower residual liquid caprolactam recovery device comprising centrifugal extractor connected to benzene distillation tower.
