摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing microcapsule material with damping and electromagnetic wave absorbing function, comprises dissolving hydrated ferric chloride and hydrated ferric sulfate in deionized water, stirring under nitrogen protection, heating by adding ammonia solution, adding a surfactant, separating and washing; conducting tetrachlorethylene phase inversion and lipophilic modification to obtain tetrachlorethylene dispersed nano-tetrachloride iron; and preparing urea-formaldehyde resin wall material, mixing with magnetic nano-ion particles, heating, insulation reacting, cooling, filtering and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing microcapsule material with damping and electromagnetic wave absorbing function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing microcapsule material with damping and electromagnetic wave absorbing function, comprises: (i) dissolving hydrated ferric chloride and hydrated ferric sulfate with the molar ratio of 1.75-2 in deionized water, stirring the solution using high power machine under nitrogen protection, heating at 75-80 degrees C by adding ammonia solution until brown color disappears in the system, adding a surfactant which takes up 30% of the magnetic powder, proceeding the reaction, separating the products in the magnetic field and washing until the product is neutral; (ii) conducting tetrachlorethylene phase inversion and lipophilic modification for the obtained solution to obtain tetrachlorethylene dispersed nano-tetrachloride iron; and (iii) preparing urea-formaldehyde resin wall material using urea and formaldehyde, mixing with magnetic nano-ion particles dissolved with an organic solution as the core material, slowly heating at 50-60 degrees C, insulation reacting for 3-4 hours, cooling, filtering and drying to obtain the microcapsule wall material powder.
