摘要:The plant factory employing vertical agriculture exhibits short production cycles and high yields, necessitating an automated conveying system as the core element for ensuring capacity. This study segments the stages of automated transportation from a human-computer interaction perspective, utilizing the UJM-AHP-FAST analysis model to analyze and design automated transportation equipment. The aim is to systematically organize design requirements, rationally and scientifically evaluate the importance of sub-functions, and guide research and development investments. Initially, during the User Journey Map (UJM) construction, 16 design requirements across four modules are identified through in-depth research, forming a hierarchical model. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is then used to weight these requirements. Subsequently, Functional Analysis System Technique (FAST) transforms the nine highest-weighted requirements into functional components, constructing the equipment’s functional system model. Finally, guided by UJM-AHP-FAST, the design of automated transport equipment is completed, demonstrating the model’s efficacy in logical analysis and emphasizing a user-centered, structured development approach. ?
