摘要:通过对光在微生物悬浊液中传播机理的分析和研究,研制了一套智能微生物浓度测量系统。该系统采用特制的光纤传感器,并用单片机进行数据处理。实现了自动温度补偿、自动颜色校正、自动光强补偿、测量介质选择、自动故障诊断等功能。提高了测量精度,为工业上在线自动检测微生物浓度提供了切实可行的实施方案。
The litle measurement system is developed on the grounds of exhaustive analysis and investigation of the optical propagation in microbe by application of light scattering and transport theory. A spacial optical fibre sensor is adopted, for the measurement of cell concentration, and an advanced single-chip microcomputer for data processing. The system appears high intelligence, including light intensity compensation, colour correction, temperature compensation, medium-selection and autodiagnosis, so that the measurement accuracy is greatly improved. This system provides an alternative choice for on-line automatic cell concentration measurement in industry.
