摘要：【目的/意义】以智库为研究对象,研究智库的网络传播力,为评价智库网络传播力提供参考。【方法/过程】从搜索引擎、官方网站、电子报纸、微信公众号、官方微博五个方面构建了智库网络传播力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法—熵权法组合确定指标权重,并通过网络在线获取指标数据对我国民间智库进行实证研究。【结果/结论】研究表明,智库的网络传播力强弱与其综合影响力基本上呈现正相关,我国民间智库存在网络传播建设被动、网络传播力不均衡等问题,从传播意识、传播管理、传播形式、传播平台等方面提出提升智库网络传播力的对策和建议。
【Purpose/significance】The paper focuses on the evaluation of think-tank＇s network communication power topromote the network communication power of think tank.【Method/process】Evaluation index system of communication pow-er is constructed from five aspects of search engine, official website, electronic newspapers, We Chat and official mi-cro-blog, index weight is determined by AHP and entropy method, and an empirical study of folk think tank in China ismade.【Result/conclusion】Research shows that network communication power has positive correlation with its comprehen-sive influence. There are problems such as passive construction and power unbalanced. This paper puts forward the solu-tions from communication consciousness, communication management, communication form and communication platform.
