摘要：NOVELTY - A bean pod-shaped carbon-coated manganese oxide core-shell composite material comprises manganese oxide nano-particles filled in tube cavity of carbon nano-tube, to form pod-shaped structure. The core-shell composite material has length of 2-8 mu m and diameter of 50-150 nm, and is formed with carbon layer having thickness of 10-20 nm. USE - Bean pod-shaped carbon-coated manganese oxide core-shell composite material is used for lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The bean pod-shaped carbon-coated manganese oxide core-shell composite material has excellent electroconductivity. The lithium-ion battery comprising bean pod-shaped carbon-coated manganese oxide core-shell composite material has excellent cycle charactersistics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of bean pod-shaped carbon-coated manganese oxide core-shell composite material.
