摘要：创新创业人才培养是新时期高等学校深化教育教学改革的一项重要任务。本文通过介绍国外高校创新创业人才培养模式经验,阐述了华东理工大学商学院创新创业人才培养的现状及存在的问题,提出了构建本科"多层次、多学科融合"的创新创业人才培养模式。
Innovative entrepreneurial talent training is an important task for higher education reform in thenew era. This paper introduces foreign universities＂ experience on innovative entrepreneurial talent training, analyzes the current situation and problems of ECUST School of Business in innovative entrepreneurial talent training, and gives some proposals on building a Multi-layered and Multi-disciplinary Integration innovative entrepreneurial talent training mode at the undergraduate level
