摘要：社区青少年社会工作服务体现了多元优势融合、和谐发展的特征。本人在对上海社区青少年服务目标、服务原则、服务内容、服务方法和策略经验研究的基础上提出“融和型”社区青少年社会工作服务模式的概念。“融和型”社区青少年社会工作服务模式的形成,反映了中国社会工作实践的本土性特点。
Social work service with adolescents in community boasts the features of amalgamation of multiple advantages and harmonious development as well. On the basis of objectives, principle, contents, method and summary of strategy experience in social work service adolescent people in the community of Shanghai, the writer puts forward the concept of the type of amalgamated social work service with adolescent in community, the process of formation of which reflects the characters of nativism in social work practice in China.
