摘要:采用微波辅助提取法提取黄花蒿中的青蒿素。对提取溶剂乙醇、三氯甲烷、环己烷、正己烷、石油醚 (30~ 6 0°C和 6 0~ 90°C两种 )、12 0号溶剂油和 6号抽提溶剂油进行了比较 ,考察了溶剂的介电常数对青蒿素得率的影响。并将微波辅助提取法同索氏提取、超临界 CO2 提取以及加热搅拌提取法进行了比较。
Microwave assisted exraction (MAE) is used to extract Artemisinin from Artemisia annua L . Ethanol, chloroform, cyclohexane, n hexane, petroleum ether (bp 30~60 °C ), petroleum ether (bp.60~90 °C ), No.120 solvent oil and No.6 solvent extracted oil were used in MAE. The effect of dielectric constant of solvent on extraction rate of artemisinin was discussed. Microwave assisted extraction of artemisinin was also compared with Soxhlet method, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and normal stirring extraction method.
