摘要:本文研究了连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的粉末浸渍过程 ,考察了聚合物粉末的粒径、浸渍槽内分散辊的数目及排布、聚合物在加热烘道中所能达到的温度、预浸料的牵引速率、接枝极性基团的改性聚丙烯的引入等对体系浸渍效果的影响 ,探索了控制预浸料中的树脂含量、孔隙率及调节复合体系界面结合的方法。
In this paper,the powder impregnation process of continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene was investigated.The effects of technological parameters such as particle diameter of PP,number and arrange of tensioning bars,temperature of polymer melt,speed of operation and introduction of functionalized polypropylene with polar groups on the impregnation process were discussed.The methods for controling resin content,void content in the prepregs and interfacial adhesion of composite were investigated.
