摘要:建立了一种薄层分析法,用于快速分离和分析银杏叶提取物(EGb)生产过程中银杏酸的含量,并通过其他的定性方法对分离的样品进行了鉴定,确定提取物中包含了银杏酸类的5种代表性成分。回归方程为:Y=-2020.8+2644.9X(r=0.9986),线性范围:0.77~15.0μg,检测下限0.27ng。加样回收率100.8%,RSD为1.9%。该方法简单、易行,尤其适合EGb生产过程中对银杏酸含量的监控。
A thin layer chromatography (TLC) method for rapid separation and determination of ginkgolic acids in industrial production of extract of ginkgo biloba (EGb) was established, and all the 5 ginkgolic acids were identified by other analysis methods. The linear equations were Y = -2020.8 + 2644.9X (r = 0.9986). Their linear scope was 0.77-15.0 μg, and the limit of detection can be up to 0.27 ng. The average recovery of ginkgolic acids was 100.8%, and RSD was 1.9%. The method is simple and reliable, and especially suitable for ginkgolic acids' detection in industrial process.
