摘要：工业革命以来,食品系统经历了一个逐步现代化的过程,这也是食品风险不断叠加的过程。面对食品系统异化潜藏的风险,西方消费者拿起道德武器发起了一场抵抗主流食品系统异化的社会运动。其中,"慢食"运动、"公平贸易"运动和"社区支持农业"运动最为典型。这三大运动虽然无法撼动主流食品系统,但仍能为我国消费者与政策制定者提供诸多启发与借鉴。政策制定者在对主流食品系统监管的同时,应充分发挥消费者和生产者的积极性,扶持替代性食品系统的发展。消费者应当发挥自身的能动性,从"自私自利的消费者"转变为"公民消费者",以公民应有的勇气与责任组织起来,通过道德消费的具体实践投入到抵抗主流食品系统异化和新型食品系统再造的社会运动中来。
Facing the potential risks of food system heterization,western consumers pick up moral weapons and launch a long-standing social movement to resist the alienation of mainstream food system. Among them,the ＂Slow Food＂Movement, ＂Fair Trade＂ Movement and ＂Community Support Agriculture＂Movement is most typical. The above movements can＇t shake mainstream food system,but they can provide inspirations and suggestions for consumers and policymakers. Policymakers should supervise the mainstream food system and support the development of alternative food system with the helping of producers and consumers.Consumers should play their own initiative and change from ＂egoistic consumers＂to ＂citizen-consumers＂.They should organize themselves with citizens＇ courage and responsibility, and devote to resisting the heterization of mainstream food system and the reconstructing of new food system through ethical consumption practices.
