摘要：文章通过梳理信息资源的依赖发展维度和智慧合作的协同发展维度,分析智库转型发展脉络和当前智库发展的制约因素,阐明信息保障能力和智慧协同能力的不足成为制约智库决策咨询水准的严重羁绊,网络化转型成为智库发展的必由之路和智库能力提升的重要推动力量。
By combing development dimension of information resources dependence and collaboration dimension of wisdom cooperation, the paper analyzes transformation development history and restriction factor of think tank develop- ment, and clarifies that inadequacy of information resources assurance and wisdom cooperation are serious factors of re- stricting think tank decision-making consultation level, and concludes that networking transformation is the only way for think tank development and the important driving force of ascending think tank ability.
