摘要:利用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus2007,对聚氯乙烯装置二氯乙烷(EDC)精制单元(1300单元)的实际工况进行深入研究,针对实际生产中EDC纯度不达标的现状,提出可行的有效提升产品纯度的方案。研究结果表明,自氯乙烯精制单元返回的粗EDC中含有的大量杂质对产品纯度有着至关重要的影响,其中,三氯甲烷、苯和三氯乙烯为关键组分,控制这三种组分的含量可大大提升产品的纯度。此外,控制脱轻塔的进料量和在脱轻塔顶加入氮气进行吹扫也能解决产品质量不达标的问题。针对这三个方面对工艺设备进行调控和改进,产品纯度高达99.6%左右。
The actual working condition of 1,2-dichloroethane(EDC) refining unit(1300 unit) of a PVC plant VCM section was studied in depth by using Aspen Plus2007. Some feasible and effective programs were proposed to enhance the product purity. The results show that quantities of impurities contained in the crude EDC from VCM refining unit have a critical influence on the product purity. As chloroform, benzene and trichlorethylence are the key components of impurities, the purity of products can be greatly improved by controlling their content. Meanwhile, the product purity also can be raised through controlling the feed rate of the light-offtower or adding nitrogen to the top of light-off tower. If processing equipment is regulated and improved based on these three aspects, the EDC purity can reach up to 99.6%.
