摘要:为了提高聚氯乙烯(PVC)浸塑手套在湿滑表面的防滑性能,采用微相分离和物理发泡相结合的手段,在PVC浆液中加入正己烷/乙醇混合溶液及自制的脲醛树脂微胶囊发泡剂,制备了具有不同表面开孔结构的PVC浸塑手套。利用手套表面的开孔可以在手套与湿滑表面接触时像吸盘一样吸附在表面上,从而提高附着力起到防滑的效果。研究了制备工艺对PVC浸塑手套表面开孔结构的影响规律,并采用摩擦系数测定仪测试了PVC浸塑手套在干态和湿态下的防滑性能。研究结果表明:采用该发泡工艺可以制得具有表面开孔结构的PVC浸塑手套,表面微孔直径约在300~600μm之间;摩擦系数测试结果表明:手套表面的开孔结构对材料在干态下的防滑性能影响不大,而对其在湿滑表面的动态防滑性能则有比较明显的影响。相比传统的PVC浸塑手套,具有表面开孔结构的PVC浸塑手套在湿滑表面的动摩擦系数提高155%。
In order to improve the slip resistance of PVC dipping gloves on slippery surfaces,micro-phase separation and physical foaming were combined to add n-hexane/ethanol mixed solution and homemade urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsule foaming agent to PVC slurry.PVC dipping gloves with different open-cell structures were prepared.The use of openings in the surface of the glove allows the glove to be sucked on the surface like a suction cup when it comes into contact with a wet surface,thereby improving the adhesion and providing a non-slip effect.The influences of preparation process on the open-cell structure of PVC dipping gloves were studied,and the slip resistance of PVC dipping gloves under dry and wet conditions were tested using a friction coefficient tester.The results show that PVC dipping gloves with a surface open-cell structure can be obtained by using this foaming process.The surface micropore diameter is between about 300– 600μm.The friction coefficient test results show that the open-cell structure of the glove surface has little effect on the anti-slip properties of the material in the dry state,but it has a significant impact on the dynamic anti-slip performance of the wet surface.Compared to traditional PVC dipping gloves,the coefficient of kinetic friction of the PVC dipping gloves with a surface-opening structure is increased by 155%on wet surface.
