摘要：伴随着社会的发展与变迁,上世纪在城市社会中所存在的"单位化"现象,在当前时期看来逐步退去其自身的晕轮。但是与此同时,在集体化程度较高、集体经济发展较快的村庄,这种"单位化"现象却在悄然出现。由此形成了"单位化"在城市与农村之中截然不同的发展逻辑,这种行动路径的改变主要源于"单位化"实践场域的转变,由城市转变为农村的实践。在"新集体化"的村庄,其"单位化"延续着城市传统"单位化"的特征,但同时又受着乡土社会的影响,展现出了自身新的活力与特征,从而形成了更富有农村特色的"单位化"。这种改变不仅是在形式上转变,同时也在内容、功能性、行动逻辑上发生了新的转向。
With the development of society and the change of last century in the city society, the phenomenon of ＂units＂ has gradually receded to its halo. But at the same, the phenomenon of ＂units＂ is appearing in the high degree collectivization village. They have two different logic of ＂units＂ development between the rural and city. In the ＂new collectivism＂ village, the ＂units＂ still has traditional city ＂units＂ features. But at the same time, it has its own new vitality and characteristics based on the traditonal rural impact. It involves in content ,function, action logic. This article selects the typical case through the meticulous observation.
