摘要:本文合成了一种基于金纳米颗粒修饰的粉末状聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-二甲基丙烯酸乙二酯(GMA-EDMA)材料的表面增强拉曼光谱基底。将此基底作为固相萃取剂用于富集和原位的SERS检测。利用此方法对亚胺硫磷进行检测,可以得到5"g/L的样品分子信号。进一步对橙子表面亚胺硫磷进行检测,结果表明此方法对于农药残留的检测有着好的应用前景。
A surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)substrate was synthesized by self-assembly of Au nanoparticles on glycidyl methacrylate-ethylene dimethacrylate(GMAEDMA)powder material.The substrate was served as the solid-phase extraction sorbent for rapidly enrichment of the target molecule and succedent in-situ SERS detection.In this study,SERS signal of phosmet at a concentration as low as 5 "g/L could be obtained by this method.Furthermore,the real sample of the phosmet on the orange surface was also detected,indicating its application potential in monitoring pesticide residues.
