摘要：国内学术界关于城市社区社会资本与社区选举的研究基本是基于居委会与居民处于对立关系上,而忽视了社区中存在的纵横交织的社区网络,本文认为正是这一纵横交织的社区网络通过信任、规范,降低人们的合作成本,构成了中国城市社区社会资本的逻辑,对社区选举等公共事务具有正向作用。论文基于对上海市Y小区的个案分析,首先提出研究问题;其次对上海市Y小区居委会选举进行分析,发现在Y小区中存在正式组织与社团组织,进而衍生出纵横交织的社区网络,极大地推动了Y小区的社区选举;再次探讨了纵横交织的社区网络与信任,这构成了有利于社区秩序和民主运行的中国城市社区社会资本。
This paper is based on the case analysis of community Y in Shanghai. Firstly, it comes up with the research question. Secondly, it analyses the neighborhood committee election in community Y and shows clearly that the formal organization and social organization in it form a vertical and horizontal community network, pushing greatly forward the community election. Thirdly, it discusses vertical and horizontal community network and trust, and this constitutes social capital in Chinese urban community which is in favor of community order and democracy.
