摘要:采用固定床反应器考察了HY分子筛、活性氧化铝以及活性白土3种不同载体,三氟甲烷磺酸、AlCl_(3)等不同活性组分及添加量,反应温度对C_(10)烯烃低聚反应的影响。选择浸渍法将质量分数5%AlCl_(3)负载到活性白土上,制得C_(10)烯烃低聚反应催化剂。吡啶红外光谱表征催化剂酸性,N_(2)吸附-脱附分析催化剂比表面积和孔径,采用气相色谱分析产物组成及含量。结果表明:在体积空速6 h^(-1)、反应温度190℃、反应压力1 MPa条件下进行反应,二聚产物收率为40.9%,三聚产物收率为21.7%。白土作为载体相比纯活性组分作催化剂提升了活性组分的利用率,减少污染,产物与催化剂更易分离,从而降低了催化剂分离的成本。
The fixed bed reactor was used to investigate the influences of three different carriers including HY zeolite,activated alumina and activated clay,different active components and additions of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid and AlCl_(3),as well as reaction temperature on the oligomerization of C_(10) olefins.The impregnation method was used to load 5%(mass fraction)AlCl_(3) to the activated clay,so as to prepare the catalyst for the oligomerization of C_(10) olefins.The acidity of the catalyst was characterized by pyridine infrared spectroscopy,and the specific surface area and pore diameter of the catalyst were analyzed by N_(2) adsorption-desorption technique,the composition and content of the product were analyzed by gas chromatography.The results show that at the liquid hourly space velocity of 6 h^(-1),the reaction temperature of 190℃and the reaction pressure of 1 MPa,the yield of dimer and trimer is 40.9%and 21.7%,respectively.Compared with pure active components as the catalyst,the use of activated clay as the carrier can enhance the utilization rate of active components,reduce pollution,and makes it easier to separate the product from the catalyst,thereby lowering the cost of catalyst separation.
