摘要：伴随全社会创新创业形势的新变化,美国公立/赠地研究型大学面临着与私立研究型大学同样的外部发展挑战,不得不积极实行创业转型发展,包括回应区域需求、拓展外部空间、争取办学资源等。洛杉矶加州大学(UCLA)是一所明确提出"创业型大学"发展口号的典型公立研究型大学,其在推进跨学科研究、强化科技成果转化、沟通校内外联系方面的举措,阐释了当代美国公立大学发展的基本规律。
With the development of whole innovation and entrepreneurship situation, the public research universities/land grant universities in US face the same external challenges as private research universities. They also have to actively implement entrepreneurial transformation, including responding to local needs, expanding the developmental periphery, and striving for educational resources. The university of California, Los Angeles （UCLA ） is the a public research university which clearly put forward the goal of ＂creating entrepreneurial university＂. UCLA have made great efforts in promoting interdisciplinary research, strengthening the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, bridging the connection of university and other social agents, which explain the basic development laws of contemporary American public research universities.
