龙亿涛,博士,教授,博士生导师。长期从事光电界面分析方法和仪器装置研究,特别在电分析化学的基础和前沿交叉方向取得系统性创新成果。他利用纳米孔道“电化学空间限域”效应的概念,限域延长生物分子亚稳态结构寿命,在研制的高精度单分子界面电化学仪器上获得了单个生物分子构象瞬态变化;构建成单个具有独特天然结构的Aerolysin纳米孔道动态仿生膜界面,“将单链DNA的过孔速度降低了三个数量级(2.0毫秒/碱基),完成了核酸外切酶‘分步降解’单链DNA过程的实时观测,极大地简化了单分子分析繁琐步骤”(美国电化学家Baker评价)。美...   详细>>
